Ordering an item from Babycare.com.ph? We can ship to most addresses in the Philippines. Items are usually shipped to the customer within 3 – 6 business days from the day payment is received.
Shipping is free within Metro Manila! For orders outside Metro Manila, please email us at email@example.com with the subject, “Babycare: Order outside Metro Manila”. We’ll be emailing you a shipping quotation after we receive your order details and your address, along with further instructions.
Orders for delivery outside the Philippines are currently not accepted.
Babycare.com.ph shall not be held liable for any lost or mis-delivered orders while in the possession of the local courier.
We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for items received in good condition.
For damaged items, the buyer shall have three (3) working days from receipt of the item/s to report the damage to Babycare.com.ph. We will then contact you with further details on how to exchange your item. Return requests for damage as a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
For shoes, in the event that you purchase an incorrect shoe size, you will be permitted to exchange your pair to one that is either one size smaller or larger. You may not exchange your order for a different design or color. Exchanges are subject to the availability of your requested size. Requests for exchange will only be entertained up to seven (7) days after the item is received.
To request for an exchange, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject, “Babycare: Request for Size Change”. Please note, however, that you will need to shoulder two-way shipping and processing fees of approximately P250.
In the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. our delivered item/s do not match your order on record), Babycare.com.ph shall bear the cost of re-delivery. The buyer shall have five (5) working days from receipt of the item/s to report the error to Babycare.com.ph. We will then contact you with further details on how to exchange your item.
