We can only ship products that are shown (and in stock) on our online store. To help you look for products that aren’t available online, please e-mail: store@babycare.com.ph

How to Buy
1. To purchase items from Babycare.com.ph, please place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
2. Once you are done, click on the “Checkout” link on the left portion of your screen.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Payment Methods Accepted
During the online checkout process, you will be prompted to select one of the following forms of payment:

Payments via Bank Deposit
After placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order and the total amount due. Please deposit your payment within 3 working days to any BDO branch using the following details:

Once you have paid, please send us an e-mail at store@babycare.com.ph to confirm payment. Please include the following details:

1. Order number as indicated in your confirmation e-mail
2. Branch where you made your deposit
3. Date of deposit
4. Amount deposited

If possible, please include a picture of the deposit slip. Your order will be shipped within 3 – 6 working days upon receipt of payment.

Payments via Credit Card (using PayPal)
We accept credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard) through PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your preferred payment method when checking out. A PayPal account is not required.

If you do not have a PayPal account, upon reaching the PayPal payment page, simply click on the link that says “Don’t have a PayPal Account?”.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from PayPal. Please forward this email to store@babycare.com.ph so that we may process your order for delivery immediately.
