Shipping and Returns Policy
Ordering an item from Babycare? We can ship to most addresses in the Philippines.
Shipping within Metro Manila: Items are usually shipped to the customer within 1 to 3 business days from the day payment is received.
For orders outside Metro Manila, please email us at email@example.com with the subject, "Babycare: Order outside Metro Manila". Please provide your order details and your shipping address. We shall reply with a shipping quotation, along with further instructions, within 2 business days.
*Note: All items ordered on this site will be shipped via local courier. We do not allow orders to be picked up at any location.
Babycare Philippines shall not be held liable for any lost or mis-delivered orders while in the possession of the local courier.
***Orders for delivery outside the Philippines are currently not accepted.***
Returns will only be entertained in the unlikely event that you are shipped a defective item. Damage due to normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Requests for exchange will only be entertained up to 7 days after the item is received.
To request for an exchange, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject, "Request to Return Damaged Item". Please include pictures of the damaged portions. Our team shall then send you instructions on how to return the product.
Once your item is returned, we shall ship you a new one. However, if there is no more inventory available, we shall give you the option to exchange for another item, or receive a refund.
In the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. our delivered item/s do not match your order on record), the buyer shall have five (5) working days from receipt of the item/s to report the error to email@example.com. We will then contact you with further details on how to exchange your item.
